Membership Agreement

lenvol.com.tr ("Site") is operated by ANEXA INTERNATIONAL COMMERCE SOLUTIONS DIŞ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("Lenvol"). By using the Site, you agree to the following terms.

1. Membership

• Minors under 18 years of age cannot become members without parental consent.
• It is the member's responsibility to ensure that the information provided during membership is accurate and up-to-date.
• Password security is the responsibility of the member; sharing passwords is prohibited.

2. Site Usage

• Site content is copyrighted; it may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without permission.
• Behaviors that may harm the operation of the site (automatic bots, malicious software, etc.) are prohibited.
• Lenvol reserves the right to change site content, prices, and visuals without prior notice.

3. Order and Payment

• The ordering process is carried out within the terms specified on the product page and payment screen.
• Orders for out-of-stock products may be automatically canceled, and the payment will be fully refunded.
• Lenvol is not responsible for order liabilities arising from pricing errors.

4. Intellectual Property

The Lenvol brand, its logos, product images, and site content are the exclusive property of Anexa International Commerce Solutions Dış Ticaret Ltd. Şti. Third parties are prohibited from using these elements without written permission.

5. Termination of the Agreement

Lenvol reserves the right to terminate the membership of members who violate the membership agreement without notice.

6. Authorized Court

Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized to resolve disputes arising from this agreement.

7. Effectiveness

This agreement comes into force with the electronic approval of the member.
