Refund and Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, you can return the product within 14 days from the date you receive it, without stating any reason.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, with its tag intact, and its original packaging undamaged.
• Opened personal care products are excluded from returns for hygienic reasons.
• It must be sent with the order invoice.
• The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for products manufactured upon special request or personalized.

Return Process

1. Send your return request with your order number to info@lenvol.com.tr.
2. You will be provided with the details of our contracted cargo company for the return approved by us.
3. Hand over the product with its original packaging to the contracted cargo company (return shipping fee will be covered by us).
4. After the product reaches our warehouse and is inspected, the refund will be processed to your payment method within 14 business days.

Order Cancellation

If you submit a cancellation request before your order is shipped, the order will be canceled, and your payment will be refunded. For shipped orders, the return procedure will be applied.

Defective or Damaged Product

If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is detected in the product received by us, the shipping fee and product price will be fully refunded to you, or if you request, the product will be replaced free of charge.
