Preliminary Information Form

Pursuant to Article 5 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts, this Pre-Information Form is submitted to the BUYER before the order is finalized.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION

The basic characteristics of the products (type, quantity, brand/model, color, size) and price (including VAT) information are stated on the product pages and in the order summary.

3. PAYMENT METHOD

Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, or other payment methods accepted by Lenvol. All payments are processed through a secure payment infrastructure.

4. DELIVERY

  • Delivery is made with contracted cargo companies within a maximum of 3 business days from the order date.
  • The maximum delivery period is 30 days; if the goods are not delivered within this period, the BUYER may withdraw from the contract.
  • Shipping fee is indicated on the cart/payment screen.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of product delivery without giving any reason and without paying any penalty. The BUYER will not be held responsible within the withdrawal period unless the BUYER has used the product in accordance with its instructions for use, normal operation, or technical specifications.

6. RETURN CONDITIONS

  • The product to be returned must be sent with its original box, tag, packaging, and invoice.
  • The return shipping fee will be covered by Lenvol if sent with a contracted cargo company.
  • After return approval, payment will be refunded within 14 days, depending on the payment instrument.
