Distance Sales Agreement

BUYER: The name, address, and contact information provided during the order will be used.

2. SUBJECT

The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection No. 6502 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the sale and delivery of the product, whose characteristics and sales price are specified below, and which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website lenvol.com.tr.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION SUBJECT TO THE CONTRACT

The type, category, quantity, brand/model, sales price, payment method, order number, and delivery information of the product are included in the order confirmation email and on the invoice.

4. GENERAL PROVISIONS

  1. The BUYER accepts that they have read and confirmed the preliminary information regarding the basic characteristics, sales price (including VAT), and payment method of the product specified on the order summary screen, and that they have given the necessary approval electronically.
  2. The product subject to the contract will be delivered to the address specified by the BUYER within a maximum period of 30 (thirty) days following payment approval.
  3. If, after the delivery of the product, the credit card belonging to the BUYER is used unfairly or unlawfully by unauthorized persons for reasons not attributable to the BUYER's fault, and the relevant bank or financial institution does not pay the product price to the SELLER, the product must be sent back to the SELLER within 3 days, provided it has been delivered to the BUYER.
  4. If the SELLER cannot deliver the product subject to the contract within the specified period due to force majeure or extraordinary circumstances preventing transportation, the SELLER shall inform the BUYER. In this case, the BUYER may request from the SELLER the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, and/or postponement of the delivery period until the hindering situation is eliminated.

5. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The BUYER may exercise their right to withdraw from the contract by rejecting the goods without incurring any legal or criminal liability and without stating any reason, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the product subject to the contract to them or to the person/entity at the address indicated by them.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the SELLER must be contacted via email at info@lenvol.com.tr or written notification within this period, and the product must be unused, with tags not removed, and its packaging intact.

6. CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE USED

Pursuant to Article 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for the following products:

  • Products prepared in line with the consumer's wishes or clearly their personal needs,
  • Products that are not suitable for return due to their nature,
  • Single-use products.

7. DISPUTES

In disputes arising from this contract, Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized up to the value announced by the Ministry of Commerce each year, and Consumer Courts at the domicile of the BUYER and SELLER are authorized for disputes exceeding this value.

8. EFFECTIVE DATE

This contract is deemed to have entered into force on the date it is approved electronically by the BUYER.
