Delivery and Shipping

Shipping Process

• Approved orders are delivered to cargo within 1-2 business days.
• Estimated delivery time: 2-4 business days (may vary depending on delivery region).
• Tracking number will be sent to you by e-mail after shipping.

Shipping Fee

• Shipping is free for orders above a certain amount (specified on the cart page).
• For orders below the threshold, the shipping fee will be shown on the cart/checkout screen.

Contracted Shipping Companies

As Lenvol, we ship throughout Turkey with contracted shipping companies.

Address and Receipt

• Make sure the address entered during the order is correct and complete.
• The re-shipping fee for deliveries that cannot be made due to an incorrect/incomplete address belongs to the recipient.
• Do not accept the package without the cargo officer documenting any damage.

International Delivery

Currently, delivery is only made within Turkey. For international requests, you can contact info@lenvol.com.tr.
